Nick joins team for Indian Christian mission

NickNundy370YMCA Norfolk corporate support director Nick Nundy is heading to South India with a team of Norfolk Christians to help lead a Gospel mission for the next two weeks.

The mission is being organized by Watton-based Together for God (TFG) and the team will be preaching in Gospel meetings and leading pastors’ conferences in two places in South India. It is the eleventh time the TFG team has been out to India and the sixth time that Nick has gone with them.

Pastor Francis Jackson and Nick’s brother-in-law Fredrick are the TFG team hosts in Tamil Nadu state Sankarapuram and Tanjore. The main mission dates are between January 25 January and February 6.

TinaPawseyIndiaExplaining his reason for going, Nick said: “I want to give, through preaching the Gospel in India with the good news about Jesus and His salvation. I love to speak in meetings to Pastors and Christians. Jesus said ‘Freely you have received; freely give’ (Matthew ch 5 v 8). I want to pass onto others things which God has given to me.

The other reason for going is for me to receive. We in the West have lots to gain and benefit from being with the Christians in India. Please pray for me and the TFG team whilst we are in India.”
